Each package contains one (1) sirloin steak that weighs approximately 10 to 12 ounces. We don't always post our complete inventory on the website. If you would like to purchase more than is available, please contact us.
We recommend tenderizing the steaks prior to cooking. Do not overcook any yak steak ever! Low and slow is the way to go! Cook to an internal temperature of 125F, remove from heat, and allow it to rest for a few minutes to finish and enjoy.
